Going Local in Antioch - Music City Nutrition

In this post, we're going to highlight Music City Nutrition on the corner of Murfreesboro Pike and Bell Rd (467 Bell Road.) It was started by Tony James four years ago because he was getting healthier and wanted to help others do the same.

When you walk in, Music City Nutrition has a fun and relaxing vibe. They have a ton of protein shakes to choose from as well as healthy energy drinks and teas. Tiffany's favorite is the Chocolate Chunk Brownie Batter shake (because chocolate, of course.) Dustin likes the Strawberry Watermelon Splash. They have something for you...whatever you like!

Tony said that the business is steadily growing, and his favorite part is putting smiles on people's faces. Sometimes it is hard to find healthy options, especially in this area, and Music City Nutrition wants you to know there is a healthy option in this area!

We join with Tony in wanting to pray that more and more people would want to get healthy. Some years back, Tim and Tiffany started a journey to live healthier and it is important to us at OneLife.
